A man who resides in a house in the woods northeast of Saria (Town). He helps Link cross the river in Saria (Town) to reach Death Mountain.

Description

In Adventures of Link Bagu is one of the few special characters you meet. Bagu looks like a corpulent man dressed in red with a chain around his neck, he has same pointy ears trademark as all hyrulians have.

In Saria town you need to cross the bridge in order to reach Death Mountain, the only thing is that the local who guards the bridge will not let you cross unless you have some sort of proof. The proof you need is a permission note from Bagu, coincidently he is the only one who doesn't live in this town. So Link needs to venture on trying to find his hidden cabin. It turns out to be that he is located in the forest somewhat to the north of Saria Town. After meeting up with him you get a note, show this to the local at the bridge to get permission to continue on.

Biography

Unlike most of the other people in AoL Bagu likes to live in silence in his cabin near the woods. Bagu can grant people access to cross the bridge in Saria Town, other than that there is not much known about him.

Miscellaneous Notes

Due to a limited amount of sprites that were used in this game, possible because of the limited data that could be stored in the NES cartridges there are also other people some of the towns that have his exact physical appearance.
