Well, I do know how to break it up, but I need to see which kanji make up the actual move name. The kanji read something along the lines of:
超 super
回転 spin
斬 strike/slice

I guess that would make it the "Super Spin Strike" or do I get that wrong? ALttP's "Whirling Blade Technique" is called "回転斬り" (spinning slash) in Japanese. FSA's "Hurricane Spinning Attack" is "超回転斬り" (super-spinning slash). So, that shows the origin of the latter as building on the former.
