The Shrouded Stalfos are a variety of Stalfos that wear cloaks. They are found in various Game Boy Zelda games, including: The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages
They can do one of two things, depending on what they have.
If they have nothing in their hands, they will throw arrows at you if they see you. If they have a sword, they will charge you when they see you.
They are in fact relatively weak creatures, 1-2 hits with a L-1 sword does them in.
