Dampé runs a 'Dampé the Gravekeeper's Heart-Pounding Gravedigging Tour'. If Link pays him 10 Rupees, he will dig the ground. "What's gonna come out? What's gonna come out?"

Minish Dampé is just like his OoT incarnation in that he lives in a graveyard, is generally short in manner, and is something of a coward.
