After meeting Zelda for the first time in Ocarina of Time, she tells Link her attendant, Impa, will escort him out. Before she does, however, Impa teaches you Zelda's Lullaby, a song she says she used to serenade baby Zelda to sleep. By using this song, Link certifies himself as the messenger of the Royal Familly, letting him pass into many areas he could not otherwise (For example, Darunia's Chamber, or Zora's Domain). The song also has the mysical power to repair damaged signposts.</div>

The Pocket Cucco is the item that starts off the Trading Game for Ocarina of time. By talking to the Cucco Girl in Kakariko Village as adult Link, one obtaines the Pocket Egg; by waiting a day (or using the Sun's Song) the Egg hatches into the Poccet Cucco. The player must use the Cucco to wake up Talon near the entrance of the village. He also appears much later in the Turtle Rock dungeon as one of the numerous recurring minnibosses. Nayu's Love is the third and final magic technique learned by Link in Ocarina of Time. Obtained by bombing a crack in a cliff in the desert near the Desert Colossus, Naru's love provides a protecion very similar to the Magic Armor in Wind Waker. Link takes no damage from enemy attacks, but reacts to them as he normally does. The moajor difference between Naru's Love and the Magic Armor is that Link invokes Naru's Love by doing a little dance, and the protection lasts for a set time and then vanishes, consuming magic power only once when it is used. The Magic Armor, however, gives constant protection and continually sucks up magic power.</div>

The stray fairies are the fragments of a Great Fairy, and if all are united, the great fairy will once more have the power to grant Link some new sbility or item. There are twelve in each of the four dungeons, and one in Clocktown. If the Clocktown fairy is reconstructed during the first three days, the fairy will grant Deku Link the ability to spit bubbles. After the first three days, the Clocktown fairy grants Link the &quot;Great Faiy's Mask,&quot; which attracts closeby stray fairies. If the fairy of the Woodfall dungeon fairy is reconstructed, she powers up Link's spin attack. If the Snowhead fairy is reconstructed, she doubles Link's Magic meter. If the Great Bay fairy is reconstructed, she doubles Link's Defensive power. If the Stone Tower fairy is reconstructed, she grants Link the Great Fairy's sword, which is equipped to a C button and is the most powerful weapon in the game.</div>
