and Link sees Quill seeing the Helmaroc King carrying Tetra whom the pirates who have landed on Outset are trying to rescue.

There is a small platform with ladders at the start of the lookout. No wonder why Aryll is there at a hot day, when you can also swim in there!
Description
Overall
This enemy is the true all-star among the creatures in the Legend of Zelda, for it is the only creature that appears in every single Zelda game so far, and that is pretty telling! These enemies are usually more a nuisance than a real treat for they usually only try to attack you from a distance.

Legend of Zelda
Adventures of Link
A Link to the Past
The Octoroks in A Link to the Past are like the others, but these fiends shoot the nuts everywhere when Link gets close!

Link's Awakening (DX)
Ocarina of Time
The Octoroks of Ocarina of Time look a bit sad, but they are total meanies. If Link is on a cliff or higher than the Octorok, it will jump up and Link can't hit it because it will fall down!

In TWW the sprite of the LoZ Octorok reappears on the object Manny is holding inside Carlov's Figurine Shop. This Octorok image even appears on the Manny's Figurine, when Carlov carves it out.

Super Smash Brothers: Melee
Because this enemy has appeared in all Zelda games so far it was given a trophy as well. The picture of the Octorok used there is based on the model from OoT/MM. The Octorok also appeared as a common enemy in the Underground Maze in the Adventure Mode of that game.
Description
Overall
Link is the hero and main playable character of all the Zelda games. Although he is the main character, there is actually not that much known about him. This is mainly due to the fact that in all games you are rarely aware of what he says, so you never get to hear much about his personality and such things. The main trademarks of Link's appearance are his pointy ears that all Hylians share and his green clothes, including his trademark pointy green cap and his trusty sword & shield.

Ocarina of Time
Link in OoT, the Hero of Time, is perhaps the most well-known and revered hero in Hylian history.

At first thought to be a little Kokiri from the forest, Link is the son of a proud Hylian mother. After the Great Deku Tree passes on, Link is given a task to perform: find the Princess of Destiny, Princess Zelda. The princess tells him to get two of the Spiritual Stones (he already had the Spiritual Stone of Forest entrsuted to him by the Deku Tree), passed down the Gorons, and the Zoras and use them with the Ocarina of Time to protect the Triforce, or, to be strictly accurate, obtain the Triforce before Ganondorf, who came to Hyrule to get it.

But this plan backfires when Zelda is chased from her castle by Ganondorf to go into hiding. She entrusts Link with the Ocarina, so he can open the Door of Time, the barrier that protects the Triforce, inside the Temple of Time himself to obtain the Triforce. However, behind the door was not the entrance of the Sacred Realm (the resting place of the Triforce) itself, but a final safeguard for protecting it. This safeguard was the Master Sword, the Sword of Evil's Bane. Only a person deserving of the title of "Hero of Time" could pull it from the Pedestal of Time.

At the moment Link lifts the sword from the pedestal, his spirit is sealed inside the Temple of Light, the temple where the Triforce rests, leaving open the entrance to it, so Ganondorf is able toget it.

Link is locked in sleep for seven years until Rauru, the Sage of Light awakens him, telling him that because Ganondorf obtained the Triforce and became tyrant of Hyrule, Link, with the Master Sword, must be the prophesied Hero of Time, the only one able to awaken the rest of the Sages, so they can seal the Evil King inside the Evil Realm that the resting place of the Triforce has become.

After Link awakens all the Six Sages, he finds Princess Zelda.

Or rather, she finds him, since she was watching him the whole time in the guise of a male Sheikah warrior, Sheikand now revealed herself to be Zelda, as well as revealing that Ganondorf had only got the Triforce of Power, and telling him he's the holder of the Triforce of Courage, and she the holder of the Triforce of Wisdom and the Seventh Sage. At the end, Using the power of the Seven Sages, they are able to seal the Evil King inside the Evil Realm.

Majora's Mask
The Link in Majora's Mask is generally accepted to be the same Link from Ocarina of Time.

Gorons are the rock-eating people who live in the Goron City, what is located at the Death Mountain. These Gorons get their food from the Dodongo's Cavern near the entrance of the Death Mountain Trail. They have eaten the delicious rocks from Dodongo's Cavern so long, that they don't like any other rocks that can be found near the city.

Gorons can roll at high speeds down the trails by placing their hands and legs on top of their tummy. Then they can roll and almost anything doesn't stop them. But a well-placed Bomb can slow down the speed of the Gorons and then they usually stop. The 'Hot Roller Goron' likes to roll around and test the abilities of the travellers if they want to stop him.
One of the most famous Gorons is the Goron named Link that is Darunia's son. He is the only one with the Goron Shopkeeper that was able to escape Ganondorf's followers. He gives Link the Goron Tunic in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Famous Gorons
One of the most famous Gorons is the Goron named Link that is Darunia's son. He is the only one with the Goron Shopkeeper that was able to escape Ganondorf's followers. He gives Link the Goron Tunic in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

The famous Gorons are the leaders of the Gorons, Darunia, that appears in Ocarina of Time, and Darbus, that is seen in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Poes in different games
A Link to the Past
The Poes in this game are mostly floating around, and when they hit Link, hit will only cause damage, nothing more. And when Link defeats a Poe, nothing happens. They are just normal ghost-like enemies floating in graveyards.

Ocarina of Time
The Poes of Ocarina of Time are making some float-noise when they move around, and they attack by swinging the lamp they have. When Link defeats a Poe, the Poe Spirit will stay in the "place of defeat" for a while, and Link is able to pick it up into a bottle. The Poe souls are sold in a shop, too.

Twilight Princess
The Poes of Twilight Princess are invisible to a normal human, but the wolf is able to see it by using the wolf sense. The Poes wear a scythe, and they wear a tall robe, and it's able to hit them only by jumping, because we all know, that the Poe's are able to float in the air. When Link defeat's a Poe, he will get a Poe's Soul. Those are used to free Jovani.
