Knights of Hyrule

The knights who protected the Hylian royalty around the time of the Imprisoning War. Said to have been mostly wiped out during the battle with Ganon's forces. According to legend, the hero who will save Hyrule from the Great Cataclysm must come from the line of the Knights of Hyrule. In ALttP, Link is said to be the last in the line of these knights.
