A very stinky bag filled with who-knows-what. Give the hand in the toilet, in the shack on the western edge of Lynna Village in the past, the Stationary to receive the Stink Bag. Show the Stink Bag to the Tokay Chef, in the south-east building of Crescent Isle, to revive his stuffed nose, and receive some Tasty Meat.
